Cincinnati Housing Partners, Inc. (CHP) is a non-profit housing and community development organization founded in 1985.

We build and rehab homes for sale to lower income families in the Greater Cincinnati area.

We assist buyers to qualify for affordable loans.

We collaborate with community groups to revitalize neighborhoods.

In order to help people overcome the causes and effects of poverty, Cincinnati Housing Partners, Inc. builds and rehabs homes for sale to lower income families.

CHP also assists prospective buyers to equip themselves to purchase and maintain their homes, using a variety of resources to reduce the costs of ownership and to increase buyers’ capacity to manage their finances.

CHP works with community organizations that are embracing comprehensive approaches to community revitalization.

Currently CHP is working in the neighborhoods of Carthage and Westwood and in the Village of Lockland.
