  • The first home ever rehabbed by CHP was in 1989 in Carthage.
  • Since that time 35 more homes have been renovated and one new home has been built.
  • In 1997 a 37 unit senior residence, The Carthaginian, was built.
  • In 2007 CHP was responsible for a new building which houses the Cincinnati Central Credit Union at 7000 Vine Street.

Lockland: neighborhood map - lockland_map.pdf
  • Since 2000 Cincinnati Housing Partners has been committed to revitalizing the northwest sector of the Village of Lockland.
  • During those seven years, CHP has built 25 new homes in that area.
  • CHP is prepared to begin Phase III of the Lockland Revitalization Project.

North College Hill: neighborhood map - northcollegehill_map.pdf
  • The North College Hill Council wants to promote homeownership and has asked CHP to help them facilitate their goals.
  • CHP plans to build five town homes on Parrish Avenue.
  • To date CHP has completed two rehabs and one new construction in North College Hill.

  • Currently CHP, using NSP funding, is building two energy efficient homes on Tower Avenue.
  • To date CHP has built two new homes and rehabbed one home in St. Bernard.
