  • CHP is currently rehabbing four homes
    in Carthage, on Fairpark Avenue, on Escalon, on 68th Street and on W. 73rd Street.

Lockland: neighborhood map - lockland_map.pdf
  • CHP has just completed five new homes
    in Lockland.
  • CHP has one completed rehab for sale.

North College Hill: neighborhood map - northcollegehill_map.pdf
  • Five town homes will be built on Parrish Avenue, the site of a former North College
    Hill bar.
St. Bernard: neighborhood map - stbernard_map.pdf
  • A rehab on Scenic Avenue and two new homes on Tower Avenue are under construction.
